# 05. Como acompanhar os objetivos da minha equipe?
Como gestor, você pode verificar os objetivos da sua equipe no campo “**Objetivos da Equipe”,** no menu superior.
Nesta página, aparecerá uma tabela resumo com todos os objetivos do seu time e todas as informações do andamento.
Para ver os detalhes, basta clicar em cima do nome do participante e você terá a visão igual o painel individual, podendo incluir/excluir objetivos para aquele participante também.
Além disso, também é possível adicionar comentário visível para o colaborador. Basta clicar em “**Comentários**” na página inicial e realizar o preenchimento.
