# 03. O que pode causar problemas no salvamento automático?
Conforme mencionamos no artigo **[Realizando a avaliação de desempenho,](https://suporte.mindsight.com.br/02.-realizando-a-avalia%C3%A7%C3%A3o-de-desempenho?hsLang=pt-br)** o sistema de Performance salva automaticamente as respostas dadas na avaliação, porém, existem algumas situações que podem causar problemas nesse processo. Neste artigo, vamos contar um pouco sobre quais são essas situações, e o que fazer.
**PROBLEMAS QUE PODEM CAUSAR O NÃO SALVAMENTO DAS RESPOSTAS**
- Certifique-se que a sua conexão de internet esteja estável e que permita a página carregar corretamente;
- Abra a avaliação em uma janela ou guia anônima e realize um novo teste;
- Verifique com a área de T.I. da sua empresa para não existir nenhum bloqueador de cache ou proxy;
