It is recommended to use the Match analysis in 3 types of cases:
1. I have a candidate who performed well during the selection process, but I believe he would be better suited to a role other than the one he is applying for. 2. I am running a selection process for my company, but I feel that my candidates are not meeting the expectations of the vacancy.
