03. What are the recommended archetypes for each type of vacancy?

Generalist Archetype: Archetype for positions that require versatility. This type of position looks for people who have a little bit of every field of intelligence. A person that is sociable, proactive and has a certain analytical eye. It's an archetype for finding diamonds in the rough, versatile people, in entry-level positions, who fit into various positions.

 

Sales Archetype: Archetype that correlates social and motivational skills. This type of position looks for that person who has characteristics such as: communication, influence, social skills, ambition, initiative and risk taking. It's the seller who convinces the customer mainly through argumentation and proactivity.

 

Attendance Archetype: Archetype focused primarily on social skills. This type of position looks for that person who has characteristics such as: communication, consideration for others, influence, sociability, facilitation and flexibility. However, it does not require an analytical or even a proactive view. It can be used for call center or customer service positions, for those people who need to deal with support and customer service in general.

 

Analytical Archetype: Archetype focused on the analytical processing of information and data. This type of position looks for that person who has characteristics such as: analytical ability, assertiveness, reflection, planning and organization, creative thinking and conceptual thinking. It can be used for positions in technology, finance, business intelligence, general data analysis, or other back-office functions.
