04. What does the Raw Potential score indicate?

Raw potential is a weighted average of the aforementioned skill tests: Reasoning (40%), Social (35%), and Motivational (25%). This score represents the person's absolute potential, that is, a prediction of the person's performance regardless of position. It is usually interesting for positions that require versatility and that are aimed at rapid growth.
