  • Semi-annually: The assessments rarely reflect the entire period, only focusing on the performance of the last 2/3 months - NOT RECOMMENDED.
  • Quarterly: It is the ideal period for an assessment, creating a feedback culture and promoting a fairer assessment - RECOMMENDED.
  • Bimonthly: Short assessment period, where changes are rarely observed from one cycle to the next - NOT RECOMMENDED.
