Creating a new role in the mindsight system consists of filling out a questionnaire to map out a position or job role. Our system has a base of positions created through a survey of more than 130,000 companies, and they will act as a foundation for yours. Therefore, in the first step, you will have to select up to 3 positions that are related or similar to yours to use as a base. It's okay if your exact job role does not exist (even though this occurrence is quite unlikely); the important thing is to choose some related job roles so you can eventually build your preferred job role from them.
When you select the 3 positions most similar to yours, the system will guide you through a prioritization process so that you can actually extract the most essential tasks for you to accomplish what is expected of the position. The sentences won't be totally specific, but they won't be too general either.
Remember, the important thing is that we understand the relative significance of the most important tasks, not a detailed job description. The process should take somewhere around 7-10 minutes only.
