COMMERCIAL OPERATOR
This operator has sales functions which are more focused on fewer interactions with customers, such as retail, door sales and general stores. It is not ideal for more consultative sales positions (greater number of interactions) such as system sales, or B2B which tend to be more consultative sales.

 


SERVICE OPERATOR
Roles that deal with customer service or with customers in general, such as telemarketing, receptionists,
secretaries.

 

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Office functions that generally involve little analysis of information and more implementation of processes such as checking incoming and outgoing mail, receiving and sending documents, and filing out of documents. It`s not recommended for analyst roles where content production is expected.

 

INDUSTRIAL OPERATOR
Machine operating functions in general industries where there is little contact with people and involves more predetermined manual activities.

 

LOGISTIC OPERATOR
Functions of transporting objects and cargo, both within a facility, onto trucks, containers, etc. Involves little customer interaction.

 


OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR
Low-leadership roles for operational job functions, which typically involve ensuring a predetermined process rather than thinking about guidelines and policies; it involves more process management than people management.
