• Separates people into Pass and Fail situations: Unlike the other tests, we don't give a grade from 0 to 100. We did this because it's a simplified test with only 6 questions, with a reasonable consistency index (α = 0.62).
• Disapproved: are the people who are at the 30% threshold of the original sample with less fluid reasoning
• Does not measure specific skills: It's a predictor of skill as it measures speed of learning, but it does not measure specific skills, such as operating a forklift, knowing software systems, speaking in public, or having good customer relationships.
