What are archetypes?

Archetypes are functions created via Machine Learning software, yet based on real people. For example, the sales archetype was created by mapping 600 salespeople, where all performed the 4 assessments (mental, social, motivational and profile) and were classified as high performance or low performance. In this way, the algorithm managed to make hundreds of information crossings and identify patterns that explain the reasons behind a good seller. Therefore, when a vacancy is opened and we link the Sales Archetype, a candidate who takes all of the tests will receive a score from 0 to 100 for Matching the Sales Archetype.

Mindsight's research and development cover more complex job vacancies with the sales, service, analytical and generalist archetypes - in which reasoning (fluid and adaptive), motivational (inferences), social (situational) and profile (personality) tests are performed; Furthermore, less complex vacancies, with the operational archetypes of customer service, commercial, supervisor, administrative assistant, logistical assistant and industrial operator are also evaluated. For these evaluations, simplified reasoning, profile (personality) and professional interests’ tests
are performed.

Furthermore, custom archetypes are also available, and are artificial intelligence algorithms created based on people inside companies that have the Mindmatch Premium plan.
