We know that measuring people is difficult, so using the most assertive methods possible is essential to maximize selection efficiency. Below, we have a compilation of a study done by Mike Smith, a researcher at the University of Manchester, which relates different selection methods with their correlation for performance prediction.
The methods used in Mindsight assessments (marked in blue on the ruler) bring greater assertiveness. Therefore, by using the tests during the screening stage, it’s possible to select a group of candidates most likely to perform well for the open job position and invite them to the face-to-face stages, optimizing the recruiters' time and making the process as a whole, more efficient.
