08. Performance Management Cycle

The performance management cycle is the path indicated by Mindsight for the best performance management; the objective is to increase productivity, achieve the expected goals and implement continuous improvement.

It is initiated by the indication stage (read article What is the indication stage? to learn more), followed by the assessment stage (read article What is a Performance Assessment and which are its types? to learn more). Then we continue to the calibration stage (read article What is the Calibration stage and which are its benefits? to learn more); then this trail can diverge to 3 paths or to the 3 at the same time, namely: Feedbacks, IDPs (read article What is the IDP? to learn more) and People Meeting.
