It is always recommended to read at least three indicators about the candidates:

• Cultural Fit
• Match Grade
• Raw Potential

The culture score allows you to analyze how much the candidate has adhered to the company's culture; the match score tells us how well the candidate fits with the vacancy; and the Raw potential grade represents the person's absolute potential, that is, how good the person is in general.

To assess a candidate's cultural fit, it is important to always keep in mind the classification of your grade. See table below,

To assess a candidate's match score, we need to adopt a cutoff score between 40 and 60. The choice of cutoff score depends on the volume of candidates in the vacancy. If we have a larger volume of candidates, the cutoff score may be higher. If we have a smaller volume of candidates, the cutoff score may be lower. Once the cutoff score is defined, it is important to observe if the candidate has better results the cutoff score.

With regard to the Raw Potential score, we understand that the average of the general population in this indicator is 44. Therefore, it is interesting to look for candidates with scores above 44 or close to that number.

EXAMPLE: considering the results of the fictitious mapping below, which candidates would most likely evolve and advance in the selection process?

o Person 10 has high Match and Raw Potential scores; however, there cultural fit is low.
o Person 4 has high scores in Match, Raw Potential and Culture (medium-high).
o Person 1 has high scores in Match, Raw Potential and Culture (medium-high).
o Person 8 has high scores in Match and Raw Potential; however, there cultural fit is medium-low.
o Person 5 scores high in Match and Raw Potential; However, there cultural fit is average.

Given these considerations, Persons 4, 1 and 5 would evolve in the selection process. Person 8 could be analyzed separately, since their cultural fit is medium-low.
