04. How can I analyze who are the best candidates in my database for a role?

Click on “Match” on the side tab of Mindmatch and select the function you want to analyze. In the field “Person”, select “Complete base”.

EXAMPLE:

Click on analyze and see the match note of all the people in your base with that particular role.
