Open the job role on Kenoby and configure the full options of raw potential with the desired operational archetype;

In the Mindmatch system, go to; Mappings > Actions Column > Edit Mapping > Advanced Options.

Remove the following tests:

• fluid reasoning test;
• social testing;
• motivational test;

Verify that the following tests are included:

• Interest test
• Simplified reasoning test

• Select the option to "Accept new entries" and click on "Edit mapping"
• On the mappings page, copy the Earth globe icon link (aggregator link);
• Back at Kenoby, in the "Tests" section on the job setup page, click on "Email Template"
• Delete the dynamic field from the link for the tests and paste the link you copied;
• Save your changes and go!

To screen candidates mapped by the operational system, the criteria are:

1. Cultural fit above 35 to 40%
2. Reasoning (simplified) 1.00 (passed)
3. Match over 50
