To solve problems, you prefer to have more time to understand the current problem and thus find the best solution. You feel more comfortable when you can gather knowledge to generate more consistent results.You prefer to try to resolve issues quickly and immediately, and if necessary, adapt along the way. You like to generate results early in order to make your mark.
You prefer to make decisions by listening to a few people or even by yourself.
You feel comfortable when you have more control over things and only share with a lot of people when the decision has already been made or the matter has already been decided. Potentially, you prefer not to express your opinion so much in groups.
You prefer to involve many people in the decision process, taking into account multiple perspectives. You like a more democratic approach and takes everyone’s opinion into account. You probably don't care so much about being judged on your opinions.
